Going Paperless Form.

Please fill out this form if you would like to not receive your monthly or quarterly statement!  Filling out this form online proves you have connectivity and are able to view your account information online at the credit union website.  After completing this form press submit.  The results of the form will be emailed to the credit union, and to prevent just anyone from requesting to stop the printing of statements, you will receive a call back from a credit union representative and will be asked to verify it was you requesting to go paperless.
